Like to waste time looking at various bike lights on youtube? I think I may have a problem...

Personally I have a hard time making an accurate evaluation of anything on YouTube. A boosted ISO and lack of any relative reference lighting can create the mistaken impression that 100 lumens can light a stadium. It can't. A more interesting demonstration might be how the lights actually perform in actual downtown traffic using surrounding automobile headlights to calibrate the camera. That would give a more reasonable dipiction of 'be seen' lighting performance and 'seeing' lighting performance.

But I've also realized that what I'm using myself so far outperforms anything directly marketed for bicycles that I've pretty much lost interest in looking anyway. But I may be posting a few videos of my own later this year to keep you from getting totally bored.

Don't worry about it. Take out dinner will save you much needed time so you can watch bike light on Youtube. If you really think you have a problem.....wait till this happens:



Sorry gotta go. I'm late to see my counselor. She's trying to shed some light about my obsession with my lights. Honestly, I think I am brighter than her.......Well at least my neighbor think so during a power outage at night.

@coleen - some people accessorize their bikes with lights... maybe you should accessorize those lights with a bike...?
