suggestion about Speedometer Meter

Hii everyone , this is my first post , I would like from all of you to share with me your opinions about this speed Speedometer Meter , I'm really confused because I'm new at this stuffs ,

so what you think about this product

I haven't used that one, but I've bought a few of those cheap meters, and they have worked fine for me.
