Sorry, a bit OT, but FWIW, my Galaxy S4 receives ANT+ using the endomondo app. Evidently endomondo doesn't do BTLE yet, though they've promised it.

Ride With GPS on Android supports all BT and BTLE devices. I'm one of the developers, and I've personally tested Wahoo, Polar, Powertap, Jarv and Topeak heartrate and speed/cadence sensors. Even works with a Stages BTLE power meter. Should work with any recent BTLE enabled phone, we've personally tested the Nexus 4, 5 and Galaxy S3 and S4.
