Replace my Blackburn flea front light with...

Same old story with the flea, great little light for on helmet, 4 months old and all of a sudden won't take charge.
Had same issue with 2 of the rear ones... I'm done with them.

So, what would you recommend as a replacement helmet flasher?

There are quite a few selections that are actually the headlamp type that can be worn as a light for hiking. You could just use the strap around your helmet if you wish, or find a shorter strap that would run through the air slots of most helmets. You can get lights that shine for a distance anywhere from 40 or 50 meters up to 70 or 100 meters. Just depends on the size, light output, and number of batteries you want. Most have several modes to choose from for lighting ahead down the road or trail. Walmart usually has an excellent selection of all the variables.
