Improvised Combo Garmin Virb/Edge Mount

I received a Garmin Virb for Christmas and was disappointed to find out that it does not include a bike mount out of the box. Ultimately I would love to use one of the K-edge combo mounts but I have not been able to bring myself to spend the $60 x2 on it (one for the single, one for . I did end up ordering a couple different aluminium mounts from deal extreme ($15 shipped) but that will take a few weeks to get here so in the meantime I improvised.
I have the Garmin out front mount on my single bike and used this as the base. I first Removed the two screws that hold the quarter turn insert in place. The virb curved base that came with the camera fit best so I used it. I centered it under the outfront mount and used the existing holes as a guide. Since I was replacing the stock screws with cap screws from my RC collection I drilled a larger whole to countersink the cap. Test fit everything then removed the cover on the VHB adhesive and applied it to the back of the out front mount.
Seems to be holding together well!

No, not any of note, however I primarily use the cameras as evidence cams deleting the files at the end of the week. I can make out license plates etc so it works as intended.
