I’m a fatty newbie no snow here. I ride the fatbike like a MTB I have Panaracer FatBnimbles 26x4.0 so far it has been great runs over almost anything and climbs well.

27.5 x 3"
I ride mostly desert two track backroads year round on 27.5 x 3" Rocket Rons. Occasionally switch back to 26 x 4" Jumbo Jims if I know there will be lots of bottomless sand. My wife keeps her Jumbo Jims year round as she feels more confident in any soft stuff with them. Both bikes Salsa Mukluks.

Gosh Marcus I barely notice the scenery for looking at your nice ride.
One thing I did notice were all those rocks.
They must give you a bumpy ride.

Very bumpy, but it's not always like that, usually it's loose gravel/sand, water and brush.
