Stuck battery

Hi, I know to withdraw the pin by pushing in the key and turning it to the left, but the battery still won’t withdraw. Is there something else I’m not doing?

The biggest thing you haven't done is post any info about whatever it is you are having trouble with. Without info it will be hard to diagnose. Once you get info on the machine and assuming it is bike or at least e-moped related you might ask the moderators to move it to the Electric Bike sub-forum where you might get better help.

If you are looking to post pictures which could be quite helpful you will want to get involved in the myriad of currently active topics and make 5+5 posts (only 5 per day but 10 total) and then you can post pictures and links and videos.e
