Bucket List Ride Day 4

Another 77 miles with 6300' of climbing from Floyd to past Sparta. Back in NC! Lots of short 1 mile ups and downs all day. I've developed an Achilles issue I've never experienced before so trying to manage through that. I got an acupuncture treatment from my wife tonight and adjusted my cleat so we'll see how it goes. On to Boone tomorrow where we'll spend the night with one of my daughters.

I think we're at 364 miles and 31,800' of climbing for 4 days.....and I'm feeling it!

I'm having trouble uploading photos from my phone. Too large a file maybe????

I just caught on to this series of posts. What a great idea, what a great succession of rides and what great weather to ride! Looking forward to more posts and some pictures.

Sometimes I have to upload to a site like photobucket via their phone app then post links to the images due to posting size constraints.
