I use Nuun tablets, one per 24 oz. bottle during hot weather when I'm doing endurance-pace rides.

OK, the truth is that I once stopped at a donut shop during a day-long ride and they had some kind of "3-for" offer. I often eat unreasonably when I am tired and under-hydrated, so I bought three chocolate glazed donuts.
Looking for a way to carry them so I could have access while I rode, I noticed that a vertical stem on my handlebars that usually supports an mp3 player was vacant, so I decided to stack all three on that.
Not exactly my "handlebar," but it was easier to describe it that way!

I use Nuun tablets too. I dunno that they're any better than the others, but they are more convenient, and I like the fizz. On really hot days, I augment those with Endurolytes from Hammer Nutrition.
