I searched for several decades and never found a saddle that liked me. So I guess I'm not the one to give advice about them.

I think this is why some peeps end up in cars.:D:D

The reason why there are so many different bicycle saddle designs is because somebody just loves every blessed one of them. You'll be able to find a rider who has tried and who hates every single saddle design too. Opinions on the less usual designs tend to be stronger both ways - people either really, really like them or really, really hate them.

It's hunt and peck, helijohn, I'd help you if I thought that I could. Luck to you.

I sat on one of those once, for about ten seconds. It was uncomfortable to the point of pain.

Yes, I am coming to believe that it could be a long treasure hunt.
I think some saddles are disliked by more people than other saddles.
It's what to do with the ones I have bought and hate.:D

I've heard that some shops offer a saddle trial -- try one for a few hundred miles and if you don't like it you turn it in and try something else. You might ask at your local shop if that's an option.

Nice idea.

Cycling shops are few and far between which is why I go online for purchases.

FWIW, I went to the Cycle Fest East with my new Bike Friday last weekend, went to the ISM booth and tried the PR3.0. I liked it so well that I bought that one and a PR2.0 for my other bike.

I would characterize these saddles as having 'half a nose' rather than nose less. No real miles on either saddle yet, but the test ride was very good.

Yes, some so called noseless saddles appear to have a bit of nose????:foo:

Here's one that works for me, and I've had Terry Liberators and others, but this one seemed to not be too soft, but not a brick either, and I have found very comfortable (not expensive either): https://www.serfas.com/products/view...rmance-saddles

So the saddle came.

and I hated it.

That Saddle looks like it came from John Deer.
