Pain Meds
I have been experiencing quite a bit of pain lately due to pinched nerves, torn rotator cuff, and arthritis. Enough, that it has kept me off the bikes.
I have now been going to the Pain Clinic at the Clinic we trade at.
They have ne on Gabapentin oral, and steroid shots in mm neck, back, and shoulder.
There are actually quite a bit of times when I actually forget about hurting.
I'm starting back on the bikes, but really taking it easy and short for the time being.
No problems so far!
The Magic Department, is the favorite spot for me now!

While I was at the Painless Doctor yesterday - I told her how much she has improved my quality of life. Although I really didn't expect much relief, She has performed magic on me! Amazed, is what I am.
Think I will go for a ride before it get warm!

Arthritis is arthritis, but are you doing anything to fix the other conditions? PT might work wonders, especially since rotator cuff problems are often fixed by doing the right exercises. Been there, done that...
