Fun Weekend!

I started the weekend a tad early by cutting out of work about an hour ahead. I figured I'd check out the trails for a friend that wanted to ride with me Saturday. Spent almost 3 hours trashing the legs Friday, and then another 2 1/2 hour the next day with Ed. I see Ed at service today and he's still hurting from our ride, the trails were tough. So I get home and instead of eating lunch I go down to the Bike Cave and grab the good old Single Speed (52x15). The temp was in the mid 40's so I figured why not roll out a nice light rolling 15 miles. I finish my ride shower and then finally eat when my wife gets home and asks if I want to go hike the trails. So it's off for an hour long hike at a brisk pace, now it's time to refill because I'm toast. Now that's a great weekend.

I was never a bike beast like when I used to run. You are still in shape and I have let myself go a bit too far. But I take solace in ROUND IS A SHAPE like Budda! Be Well, Bluesfrog.
