I'm a huge fan of Brooks saddles, both the leather and C saddles. However, people either love them or hate them.
I installed one of these on a bike I just built...haven't put a lot of miles on it yet, but it seems pretty decent, comfortable under my fat arse, and it's very moderately priced.

It's being described in reviews as "a $250 saddle for $55". New manufacturing process, almost completely done in a machine. A worker loads the rails into the machine, closes it, and a couple hours later a completed saddle is spat out. Again, I don't have much time on it yet, but so far it seems really nice...there's nothing about the saddle that seems cheap.
