Once a week, usually Thursday commute home from work, I complete a Tabatha… 20” full gas, 10” off, 8 cycles or 4 minutes.

Did several sprints today as part of a ‘recovery’ ride. Wanted to see if I could still sprint to 30 MPH and achieved it for a nano-second. Think the last time that happened was in the 1980s.

There's a short stretch of road nearby I've been working on -- sprinting my way up the ranks.

I finally took the QOM on Jan 16th with a speed of 39.9 km/h.

Next I want to try for the CR.

Just yesterday. Was 7 miles from home at 40 degrees and it started to rain hard. So put on my meager afterburners and did 5 miles at 240 watts (20 MPH) with heart rate at 170. Managed to get out from under the rain cloud but was still wet, but stepping it up kept me pretty warm.
