Over the edge?

I work 2 hours away so spend 4 days a week out of town. Got home last night about 8PM and immediately jumped on the bike (after receiving permission from the lovely spousal unit), went over to a hill and did hill repeats to burn off the craziness of the week. I needed to burn the stress and energy out so pushed hill climbs for an hour with some high tempo recoveries. I think I have gone over the edge. What help is available?

You may be suffering from pie withdrawal as well.

That could be true but my wife has made this awesome chocolate peanut butter pie that I will be indulging in very shortly, will use today's ride as an excuse to have a really big piece.

I say keep on hammering the hills and celebrate. You've got a healthy outlet. Most people just pop open a bottle and watch TV. Of course, when you're getting advice from the likes of Digital Gee and myself, you could be in very serious trouble.

No way. Serious trouble is when Angie Dickenson, Yvette Mimieux, Ann-Maragret and Gina Lollobrigida shop up at your pad at the same time...man that was some swingin' cat fight!
