Other regular riders tell me they put up with a certain amount of hand/wrist pain. How about you?
A different saddle or saddle position makes all difference in the world. Different shorts are very important and so is cream in critical places.
Burning legs can be helped by change in cadence.
Neck pain requires stretching exercise while biking.
Knee pain must be avoided with seat adjustments, cadence selection and riding style.
Interval biking solves many repetitive motion pain problems.
Hand and wrist pain needs to be avoided with hand position, flexing exercises and gloves as well as padding.
In short: Pain is an early warning system that something is wrong. It only will get worse if you ignore it.

Hey bent Brian. Sounds like your bent got rid of just about all the pain (like me) except for this wrist pain. Is it still a bit of residual carpal tunnel pain??? If so, it can be injected with steroids, and some people have had good luck using a potent steroid cream on the skin and driving it in with ultrasound.
I have a few friends that had bad carpal tunnel syndrom even though they always rode with "boxing gloves" and eliminated it completely switching to a bent.
Also, try adjusting the angle of the grip on your bent. A friend still had a bit of CT pain after switching to a bent, then eliminated the rest of it by trial and error adjusting that angle of the handlebars. Some prefer a more vertial "pull" and some more horizontal.

I have been pretty much wearing my heart rate monitor since early spring. This year overall fatique has been reduced as shown by my heart rate monitor. I'd bet the same climbs I used to almost top out and now 10-15 beats less. and body weight is down almost 20 lbs. Really feel great. The benefits of exercise, the more you perform the easier it becomes. At least for normal exercise and not extreme athletes.
But, can't seem to conquer foot pain. Always has been my first and foremost source of pain. My new bike group; they stop for nothing. Maybe a stop to refill water. . that's it.
I think such intense rides is a bad idea. Sort of like driving a car.
A 5 minute stop every 90 minutes or so, regenerates the body, lessens the pain and off you go a more content cyclist.

itz the days when I can't get outside to do something that are the most fatiguing and painfull.
But If its a sharp and noticeably abrupt onset of pain, I check to see:
who just ran me over...
what just stung me...
what I just ran into...
what was tossed in my general direction...
what I just recently ate...
check my ailing bank account...
Then I figure itz 'part & parcel' of life as I know it and am happy to get on with it.
2 major dull aching pains - my upper left side is still way below par from the major mishap of 1 1/2 yrs ago... but it could be worse
other dull aching pain... I'm hopin us voters can solve that one in about 3.33 yrs from now...

foot pain
Arch supports with metetarsal pads really help with foot pain. Currently I'm using Finn Comfort Dijon shoes which have a really aggressive metatarsal pad built in They eliminated foot pain completely. Unfortunately, as shoes go, they are expensive. bk

b kaap. I checked out Colorado cyclist and Finn shoes for bike shoes. I assume you mean bicycle shoes?
Could find no Finn product for cycling.
My feet have always been the first to feel pain. Tolerable , but annoying. Unless you get in over 100 miles, then the foot pain is pretty intense.
Other cycling pains cause me to fatique - heat.
