Girls going 'Wooo!' & 'Woo! Hooo!'

Went on my ride today in a very rural area, today, mid 80's full sun, everyone getting ready for spring.

I had a pick up truck pulling a jon boat go past me, when I noticed two scantly clad your ladies stitting on the tool box (back of cab). They waved, I pulled up my camera, sat up straight and started to take a picture. They started hollering "woooooo" and one young women puled up her shirt. Then they both hollered 'Woooo hoooo'. I thought Wow!

Then the truck applied its brakes, stopped, & 2 young but burly young guys stepped out, said something to the girls who pointed at me, looked back at me and waited for me.

I got up to them, took off my helmet with gray hair, said "Hey Guys, nice day" put it back on and pedaled on past, not dare looking back.

I heard some laughter, truckdoors slam, and got waves from all as they passed me.

PHEW- was I ever glad I was a 50+

BTW- Picture was very blury and too far away to see much.

Strange how, for young people, gray hair is like camouflage that hides you from their sense that you exist or are of any consequence.

A couple of years ago one of the local radio-stations here in the North East had a "WOW"† campaign, and issued bumper-stickers etc. etc. It seems to have died a natural death, but occasionally the stickers can still be seen.

I was out on San Francisco bay on a friends sailboat when the two younger women on board started flashing the party fishing boats thet were coming in. On one boat everyone rushed to one side to see, nearly tipping the boat. That was the end of a nice story. bk

After having to hold your breath and showing great courage by riding up to the truck, you surely deserved a second flashing as they drove away.

I was flashed once, about thirty years ago, when I was driving a VW bus, by a girl in the backseat of a car next to me at a light.

Funny how one never forgets such a thing, after all this time!

I was sort of flashed on the bike path today by a beautiful blond blue-eyed young lady on wheels, who also looked at me up close with dreamy eyes, and made some wonderful soft sounds.

She was about 9 months old in a baby stroller!

That's about as close as I get.

I'm not sure it would be considered a flashing but I had a man dressed only in tennis shoes and a t-shirt try to get into my car at a railroad crossing years ago. Thankfully the doors were locked and I just drove away. When the police asked if I got a good look at the guy I said "Yes, but not his face"

On morning a few years ago as I was jogging up the final hill to the office, one of two attractive young ladies jogging in the opposite direction yelled, "Lookin' good!" I called back, "That's supposed to be MY line."

This thread is useless without pictures.

No, I'm just JOKING! I've had enough trouble with non-work safe pictures, don't even think about it .

One of the advantages of being fit and thin.

I do not remember being flashed on a bicycle, but the woos can be enjoyable.

Did the London To Brighton ride last year and this is a Crowded ride. I was with a group of "Roadies" on my "NEW" Road bike and we were hammering it at one point. Then I started to hear the comments- Look at those Thighs-And Boy- I bet those calves would really work. And Don't you just love the way Lycra shows perfection. These were female voices and I started to look at the group around me to see who they were talking about- Only 3 of us it could have been so we put a spurt on to get some open ground-Away from the Others and the Female voices were still there. Obviously some very fit Riders that were admiring the opposite. This must have gone on for about 5 minutes so The young lad dropped back to see if he could find the voices. Soon after he left us he started laughing. Two of us left so we slowed down to find the voices. All we saw was around 5 very attractive girsl that had suddenly gone quiet. 2 Of whom went very red very quickly. I am now 60 and the other rider was a bit older.
