The Klein turned into a Cannondale for at least one episode. What's the actual Cannondale count, Seinfeld students? I dunno.

Maybe disc brakes would have helped?

At least he kept his umbrella in the correct orientation for weather conditions.

Floyd 03-17-08 09:14 AM

Don't you just hate it when that happens. A long wheeled recumbent would have been the better option,,,it is hard to do an endo on one.

The story on that one was that the photographer knew about the pothole and sat waiting for someone to ride into it during the rain. Pretty cruel. I'm not sure brakes would have helped.

The front fork is frighteningly far back.

It all depends!

I have been waiting forever for someone to bring this thread to the top again.
Speaking of rain, we got some the other night but today is sunny and will be a good riding day...hope to get in a short one.

A look at radar says there will be no cycling around here today. It has to be your rain working its way into our area:rolleyes:

My stomach started flipping as I got to 22.
It's obvious I got there because I had nothing better to do.

Call me OCD or whatever those letters are but I had to bring this back from page 6...
It looks like it is snowing but it is just a fine mist of rain slowly falling to moisten the new green leaves of the trees...and the roses...and of course the wheat, that will make the bread for toast in the morning (or some morning for someone).

I think it's going to take a wooden stake and a silver bullet to kill this thread.

Now where did I put that stake?

Digital Gee 05-28-08 03:36 PM

Official 50+ mascot wannabe?

I had a stake for dinner last night. It went strait to my waste.

Steel may be real, but wood is good, too.

retrofit sometimes does not go with the original...but that has never kept me away from doing it.

This post is a Seinfeld episode.

Spandex has a tension similar to tape. Pinned is an approximation. Do we have to go into this much detail?

solveg 09-07-08 09:37 AM

Well, it is* a little hard to imagine.

... and hard to forget.... do we have to go there again?

maddmaxx 09-07-08 09:40 AM

for you maybe.......:)

Sorry Yen.........this leaked over from another post that required some technical details............:roflmao2:

solveg 09-07-08 09:42 AM

I think the problem is I took "pinned" literally, instead of a descriptive.
