Don't mince words
Short: Less than 25 mi.
Medium: More than 25, less than 60
Long: 70+ At least once a month.
When pressed for time:
Short: Less than an hour
Medium: 3 hours, give or take
Long: 5 or more hours
Medium: More than 25, less than 60
