Are you sure you don't need to adjust the seat height or bars? Most have the top of the handlebars level with or below the seat. Beautiful bike!

I looked for used ones and they are pretty hard to come by. I'm not a member of e-bay anymore, but I'm going to keep looking. That is a very pretty bike, I would call it conservative and I like that. Thanks for the pictures.

I look at that bike and I can hear it saying, "Let's go. You can trust me".

Yes, that's a bell! And it's going to have a kickstand, too.
I didn't realize that people didn't do these things anymore. I mean, what on earth do you do without a bell? I can sense all the Riv owners groaning. Wait til they see the dog backpack I use as a pannier. I'll be an outcast.

I had a bell on my hybrid but left it on when I sold it. I say whatever works for you is okay.

Great bike. I'm jealous. With a bike like that you can your bell, kickstand, and fuzzy dice hanging off teh handlebars if you want.

I agree. Every pedestrian that I tried my new bell on this morning smiled and said, "Hi". (I have never* passed another bicylist over the age of 10).
Of course it could have been because the Atlantis makes me grin like an idiot.
I like* a nice bicycle bell, and also the ring from a 1950's phone. They just give out good juju.

Oh, and I pass families, too, who are hauling trailers. Ding Ding!
