Emulating TdF

Ok, so in preparation for my ride next weekend, 107 miles on Saturday and 82 miles on Sunday, I have given serious thought to emulating some of the Tour de France riders. A little "performance enhancing" for the long ride. I haven't figured out the proper ratios of metamucil, exlax and Wild Turkey, though. Anyone have any experience with this?

I admit nothing.

If you are looking for "performance enhancement", there are several pills advertised on TV for that. Some even let you wait up to 36 hours for "just the right moment"...

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

I don't know about Wild Turkey but a good dose of Exlax will definitely have you sprinting between rest stops.

Forget the Wild Turkey. Jack Daniel's increases testosterone levels, and if it works as well for you as it did for Landis, you will FLY!

Ooohh....so many possibilities! The only problem with my mixture is that I might get some complaints from people passing me...
