Only time I have ever ridden twice in a day was when I went for a ride in the morning and someone turned with their bike in the afternoon to go for a ride. Never again. Morning ride was hard enough and did leave me a bit Tired. Then to do another 30 miles with someone that wanted to see what my ride routes were like just about finished me.

Did a twofer again today. I rode 22 miles before going in to work and then rode another 20 with a small group tonight. Easiest way to get 42 miles on a work day that I know of.

When my ex-girlfriend and I first got together....oh, you're talkin' about bike rides. Never mind.
