Eid Mubarak, y'all

That's Happy Holidays - we have a 3 day holiday at the end of the holy month of Ramadan. A time of family celebration, when there's lots of visits and gifts of food and new clothes among people who have fasted between sunrise and sunset for the last month.

And this morning, Mrs Geezer arrived back from her summer in California, Mexico and UK. Good timing. So, what better than a bike ride. And the temperature has at last become tolerable - delightful, in fact. And very pleasant to be able to have a swig of water during the ride, rather than looking around to see if anyone's watching, like kids sneaking a cigarette!

Mrs G was delighted to be on her own bike, after the heavy and bad fitting borrowed ones she's been using through the summer.

Life is good - I hope it is for you too

Now about those dusty Shorts and top you found on the washing line------- Bet it was a pressie from the wife- but put on the line so you would find them on your return.

That's funny, Stap - but the timing and sequence doesn't really support your hypothesis

However, she did ride this morning in the surplus jersey and shorts, despite misgivings about us two looking like cheesy twins - and said that the kit worked really well. Hmmm - maybe there are greater female intelligences at work. Hmmm?

In most cases of curiosity, I favour simple daftness as an explanation over complex conspiracy
