In the "Guy's Room" at the house, having left the office at 4PM, pounded out 30 miles, sprayed one dog with Halt, ate leftover fajitas and veggies with a cheap red wine, now planning to move to bed by 9:30 PM.

I' m in the family room. I just finished 1.5 hours on the trainer watching the Cavs vs New Jersey. Lake effect snow showers took out my group night ride.
