70ish

I've got 3 and a half to go.
That said: I cycle with 2 guys who are in their 80s (and get in well over 3,000 a season)at least 6(guys and gals) who are in their 70s.
At 66 1/2 I'm the baby on most of the morning rides (and these folks do a15- 17mph 30 mile ride 3-5x a week)
That said: I'm bummed.
what was the cut off birth date to be a boomer?
I thought it was the early 40s?
Jeeze..don't tell me I predate being a boomer as well! (

Youngsters

My grandfather rode his bike for his only transportation into his 90's and he lived in rural Indiana. You young fellers have a long way to go.

A good idea. I'll qualify in 4 months. That'll keep us free from the prattle of the children. I like the graphic and don't see anything wrong with it. The political correctness phobia has ruined humor in America and made life on college campuses difficult for non-liberals. I find giving people the benefit of the doubt and not questioning motives make a far better environment not to mention forum.

My grandfather was a policeman in the steep hilly sections of Nice, France. He did his police route on a bicycle until his late 70's when he was run down and killed by a motorist. My other grandfather did little exercise and died at a young age as did my father who also did little exercise.
