It is interesting to see the old derailleur hanging "claw" coming back, in a new guise. The capability to remove-and-replace after a crash makes sense.

I know saddles are a personal thing and I try not to wax poetic too much about my choice. I followed everyone’s advice and gave my stock saddle time to toughen up my bottom. Then when it was reasonably comfortable I started looking at saddles for centuries and longer. The Selle SMP doesn’t require a break in period if you get one that fits you will be good to go from day one. The only thing you have to remember is to keep the saddle level. After 60 miles I have no concerns about the saddle and I have a 70 mile ride planned for next Saturday and a Double Century set for December. I would buy another one without even trying it first.
