Biking across America - with arthritis!

Not sure if this has been referenced before but I ran into a link to an interesting bike trip blog. The writer, who has osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis, took up cycling to beat back the deteriorating effects of the disease. As his 60th birthday approached he decided to bike and blog across the country to raise awareness and funds for the Arthritis Foundation. I just skimmed a few pages - lots of pictures and anecdotes. Seems like a nice way to breeze through a cross country trip in photos.
