Warning labels

I used to think Honda had too many warning labels but Lapierre has got to get the award. This label is on my new frame of all things.

I don’t even want to know how a suspension tool can harm your reproduction ability. I am even typing with my teeth clinched at the thought.

That's kind of strange.

Only commonsense really. What it really means is

Hand wash only so you can see if any cracks have appeared

Drip dry--No violent bouncing up and down as this will delaminate the C F.

No chemicals to be used in washing as this will wash off the paint finish

No falling off the bike at speed in the rain

The use of an iron or other heat source will melt the plastic the frame is made off

And although it may look as good as a slice of PIE on a ride- do not be tempted as strength will deteriorate with holes in the down tube.

At long last someone has highlighted the Downfalls of these "Cheap" Chinese frames

the one our dumpster struck me as funny yesterday. it cautioned not to play on or around it. I guess there is a reason for this warning.

The one thing that Lapierre does with labels that I really like is the frame size label that shows the seatpost and top tube size.
