Based on the number of minors anxious to get into 50+ prematurely, I have to conclude that this is where all the really cool people hang out. ;)

Heck, I figure that the 50+ is more about attitude than age and I mean that in a positive way. Welcome aboard!

I've hesitated to answer, for fear of being wrong, but here goes:
Before riding: granola and whole-milk, plain yogurt. Coffee. During riding: bananas, pb&j sandwich, water mixed with a little juice. After riding: anything, such as a sandwich or some spaghetti. Flavor: chocolate! |
