Hello Everyone ;
Being new to this forum ,since i will be 49 this summer,i am hoping i can fit in with this group 50 plus, meet people ,exchanging ideas, best rides, going to events and just heading out cycling with people our ages.+ etc.
I have been road cycling the last 3 years, distances vary from 50 to 180 km, depending on the season ,daylight hours.
Hoping too find new friends, on here and cycling together.
Ride on!

You're too young. Can't you read? It says over 50. O-V-E-R 5-0. What part of that don't you understand? Now seriously. Get off my lawn.

If it wasn't for the check BF sends me at the end of each month, I wouldn't bother. Takes way too much out of me.

Welcome aboard, but I don't think it's going to be a 50+ forum for long, Dnvrfox is talking up a 60+ to get rid of all you young guys. Have fun while you can.

Welcome youngster. I live just on the Oakville side of the Mississauga boundary, so we may bump into each other.

Perhaps what we really need are a 45-65 forum and a 60+ forum, as the number of riders in the range 45-50 that end up here, should attest that there is a void to be filled.

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.
Sounds just like when I have 6th graders sitting in 8th grade seats on the school bus. If it doesn't bother anybody else, I don't care. If somebody complains I tell the 6th graders "Your time will come."

I live in Burlington and ride the same areas. Mostly Oakville, the escarpment Carlisle and Dundas areas.

You too must answer the questions of the grand poobah of 50+, DnvrFox.
We did not ask you the secret password.
Question - what's your favorite pre-ride, mid-ride and post-ride treat?
What flavor?
Get those right, and you are in.
No hints, please!
This offer is void in the states of NJ and Confusion.
