Just to confuse the issue a bit more.

I like all of the folks at both bike shops and I have no reason to suspect that they don't like me. In fact, I suspect that I'm so familiar with them that they take my orders just a little too casually. The confusion with prices is, I suspect, a result of trying to give me good deals. I always get good deals but, within a range, it isn't always about the money. What I can't get them to understand is the importance of time. If I miss a weekend's riding for want of a part I can understand. If I have to miss two weekends, it makes me unhappy.
