Tom Stormcrowe could use our help.....
....or at least our good wishes as he recovers from a heart attack.

I asked a friend of mine to help:
"God, please help Tom. I don't know what he needs now, but please help him. And give his wife, who posts as Crazylady, strength for herself and her husband. Thanks, Neil."

Let's see: In the hospital. Heart Attach. Oh, I better post on BF!
I don't know if that's clear thinking or the drugs talking. Either way, we're glad to know so we can send our best wishes for a speedy recovery and back on the bike!

Yes, Tom is the only person I know who would live-blog his own cardiac arrest.

Definitely prayers and concern for a more than deserving fellow cyclist and obviously nice human being...and those who are most close to him. None of us are invulnerable so we always need mutual support in feelings at the very least.

Gloomy side- Most of the males in my family have died from Heart attacks---But that was 30 odd years ago.
So a serious problem that Me and my only male cousin on that side of the family have got away with. We have both had Heart attacks- both had Bypasses and both still going strong. Funny how Medicine has advanced over the years
Get well soon Tom- and start planning the recovery ride now. When you get out of Hospital- you wont' have time to do it due to the gardening- the new kitchen to put in and the Snow to clear that we are saving for you.

Tom, I hope your recovery is swift. We'll keep you in our prayers. I know you don't know my personally but you helped me out the other day when I couldn't post anything at the time. Get well and my best to you and your family.

Tom,
You've made it up all the other hills. This one is no different. Good luck and get well.
