Finished the 'slow and easy' ride with my son, first group ride for him, 34 miles of single speed madness. He was quiet on the way home. He has come over to the Dark Side. My work is nearly complete.

I think you boys don't quite have the hang of it. The twitter feed on the road bike forum is at 22971 posts. I thought it was a good idea.

It is. We older (e.g. mature) bikers can beat that, since we have more spare time. Right?

No, no, no. this is not a bodily function tracker. You're supposed to tweet something like "I rode today and crushed someone's soul" type of thing. This is for cycling.
