clipless pedal cleats

I'm thinking of purchasing new pedals.Are my delta cleat compatible shoes also compatible with keo?Also are there recessed style shoes with delta cleats?

Any three hole pattern shoes will work with Keo.
Only mtn bike shoes are recessed style.
