Here's a pic from my ride yesterday, not to rub it in or anything:

Well it is a little different than the above posts in lovely Dayton, OH. Currently the temp is 19 degrees, feels like 6 degrees. Warmest day looks like Friday with a high of 39 degrees, with 14 mph winds out of the WSW, which will probably drive the windchill down quite a bit. About two inches of snow on the ground, but the roads are still fairly clear. Makes riding a little difficult.

We had a nice weekend in Eugene, high temps in the low 50s and mixed sun and clouds, no rain, rode the bike Sat. and Sunday. Same today, but that's changing forecast calling for rain next 7 days. The bright side is that rain in Eugene will be lots of new snow in the mountains. I'll plan to ski on Wednesday and Thursday, should be good times.

After a mild autumn in the Boston area, we are finally getting down to winter business here. Into the teens tonight, with wind chills dropping into the single digits. Bad news if you are at that big Pats game down in Foxboro.
Then again, some of those folks are probably warmed up with with liquid refreshment, and feeling no pain.

I knew a man some years back, who loved winter and could not get enough. He moved to Bangor Maine, because he felt Boston winters were too wimpy.

In the words of that all time great weatherman and sage, WC Fields describing the weather "taint fit for man nor beast" Must be 10f wind chill out there right now.
