My birthday is later this month, but at this point I think I'll try to ride the mental age my wife sometimes accuses me of acting, rather than my true age.

It seems much easier when you turn 25. One of my goals is to get in good enough shape this year to do 50 miles on my birthday next year.
I started doing it three years ago at age 50

I try to do something special athletically on my birthday......
So do I, just ask my wife.

Dog I kill me.

Is there a juvenile forum, I think that's where I really belong.

After 45 years off the bike i started riding again at 64. Rode my age at 65 with no problem. Looking forward to add one more mile. My birthday is in May.

One of the advantages of the 50+--- You can read it how you like.

I'll turn sixty in June.

I've been riding my age on my Birthday long enough that my family knows to check as to when I've got my "Age Ride" planned so they can schedule my Gala Birthday Bashes without interfering with the "Ride"!!! (Well they do ask about my ride anyway, but I kinda made up the part about the Gala Birthday Bash. )
