+60 jersey....
Hey Curtis,
How hard would it be to replace the 5 with a 6 and come out with a Plus 60 jersey? While my Plus 50 is in good shape, a Plus 60 would be more... accurate.
Yeah, age occurs. I'd like a large, club short sleeve Plus 60 jersey please!

We got our guy to do the 50+ jersey. You geezers go find your own guy or do it yourselves.

This winter I was looking into a +65 jersey thinking it is really the next "big event". About that time the poll came out about how old we are. Looking at the numbers and thinking about the number of jerseys that have to be ordered at a time, there just aren't enough of us.
As an alternative I went to the local craft store and got a plastic 2-part badge/button. I got some magnetic bars for the back to replace the pins and now can have badges that say whatever I want. I can change my feelings and move them from shirt to shirt.
For something my wife was doing she had a badge that said something different every day.

How about a compromise? I'll take a 65+ jersey.

Ok, one more question. How long 'til you hit 60?

I'll be 60... pretty soon. I was born in 1953.
I like having jersey that says I'm part of this fine online community. I'm not sure I need one that specifically makes a point of my age. Maybe if I were 100 that would excite me.
But I encourage someone else to design and distribute their jersey! It's really a fun project, despite the many weird headaches that come up.
I just did a NorCal reorder and screwed up the prices. I used an old price list and also failed to note they'd changed a price on one item by $10. Yikes. So the "I'm an artist, not a businessman" part comes into play big time.

I wear my 50+ jersey proudly. I'll be 60 in three weeks. I'd wear a 60+ just as proudly (maybe a little more?) But I'm not willing to do all the work you've done, Curtis. So thank you for the 50+ jerseys, and if you don't ever want to go higher, that's okay.

One of the NorCal jerseys you just ordered is mine. I would be happy to send you more $ for the price change.
Please let me know how much.
Thanks, Al

Next order, I want in. On the 60+, which I won't be till August . . . how about the "standard" 50+ jersey, but with a patch underneath or on the left breast with an age, rounded off to the nearest nickel? Maybe the patch on the shoulder or sleeve? A supply of patches would probably be affordable.

Perhaps some stripes to indicate years within grade - doesn't the military do that? I think they are called chevrons.
