My Mirror Must Be Broken!!

I looked at the mirror this am, and said to myself, "I feel like I am 30yo - that mirror must be broken!"

Then I looked at a recent picture of me, and said, "That camera must be broken."

What is happening to our mirrors and cameras, anyway? None of them work correctly.

How are your mirrors and cameras doing? Are they getting worn out and broken, also?

Is there any way to fix those mirrors and cameras?

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

For some reason I don't show up in mirrors or photographs. Makes it real hard to shave.

It's funny but whenever I dress up (like for a wedding) I look older than I do in jeans and shirt. I've lost 12 lbs. recently and quite a few people have noticed. I think I also look younger. Generally, I try to forget mirrors and just live on.

I used to think I was looking older too, until I realized that the quality of mirrors and lenses, like everything else, has really gone downhill the last twenty years.

I normally don't bother dressing up much. Home at 6pm and I normally stay in work clothes till bedtime. Shave once a week--Or rather trim the beard once a week- hair is done with the Shaver on a no4 cut. I am nothing special to look at.

Except a few weeks ago I had to socialise with my relations. When effort goes in-I scrub up well and a change to some designer clothes does disguise some of the body features that need disguising.

So the cure is to trim your beard regularly- Keep the hair groomed and fork out for some of those designer clothes that the kids keep trying to get you to buy.

And stay away from mirrors.

Reminds me of a joke:

A man goes to a doctor and notices that the doctor has the same name as a classmate in high school.
As soon as he sees the doctor he is sure that he cannot possibly be his classmate since he is much to old.
He asks the doctor "By any chance did you go to Washington High School?"
The doctor says "Yes, class of 19xx."
The man says "You were in my class!"
The doctor looks at him and says "What did you teach?"

Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

My problem is that I can't figure out how clothes can shrink so much JUST SITTING IN THE DRAWERS!

Had a similar problem a short time ago. I had to get my driver's license & passport renewed the same day in order to leave the country for a vacation. Don't ask me how it happened, but there must have been some mixup at the bureaus, resulting in the picture of an old man on not only my driver's license, but the same old man on my passport! Still can't figure out how this happened. Consequently, whenever I'm required to present either document, I preface my embarrassment by stating clearly that I'm younger & better looking than the person depicted in the photos.

Mine are working fine. But it's that Auto-Photoshop app included with them that makes things funny. It rescales the color ranges so that my brown-hair appears a silvery tone, and the filters add a cracqueleur effect that seems to look like wrinkles. LOL

I only saw it for a 2nd before my monitor cracked.

You've got to post a WARNING before showing us these kind of pictures.

You owe me $127.66 - new monitor.

We can't stop the aging process, but we definitely can slow it w/ proper diet, exercise, and lifestyle, as most of you can attest.

My mirror stopped reflecting hair some years ago. And I haven't shaved in maybe 40 years.

Those two statements have no correlation to each other.
