An entertaining look at the benefits of excersise

I heard this doctor interviewed on the CBC this morning. The interview was about his Youtube video that's gone viral.
Not much here that we don't already know, but entertaining just the same.

As much as I love riding my bike, I occasionally get distracted thinking about all the things I could do with the time I spend riding or working on my bikes.

This most excellent video helps keep things in perspective. Thanks for posting.

In this forum, the video is unnecessary, as it's like preaching to the choir.

As a cyclist (and gym-rat, hiker, and mountain climber), it made me feel good to watch it, though

I've forwarded it to several people, and will post it on Facebook...

Great video, Dan. A little motivation is always good to get.

Thanks Dan, you canot how much exercise and activity mean when you cannot do something due to health problems. You hit the nail on the head.
