Multiple identical thread update emails from BF - Anyone else?

I have my BF account configured to email me when an update is made to a thread I've replied to. Quite often (50% of the time or better), I get multiple identical emails for the same exact update. The last time, it was six emails for the same post. I've looked at my BF config and don't see anything wrong, but who knows.

Config error? Bug?

It's not a problem -- I just delete them, no big deal. I like getting notified, but I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this.

Thanks.

I've seen that every so often. I just figured it was due to people editing their posts, rather than new posts coming in.

EDIT: Here's an edit. Did that generate a new notification?

Not even one email, but irwin7638's response at 9:25 triggered an email and it's just now 13:50 or so that I'm replying here. Since you posted/edited after his reply but before my next visit to the topic, I wouldn't have received notification of your actions at all: "There may also be other replies, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the forum again."

No biggie at any rate - Just curious.

Thanks.

Constantly. Sometimes 5, 6 or even more. There's no consistency to it though. I haven't seen a pattern, but I keep looking for one.

I think the site has issues. If I hit the back button from a thread, it goes back 4 days. Foo was a mess yesterday and the whole site is slow loading. Then again, maybe my computer has the problem??

I've seen variations in response speed lately, from quick to the (usual) fairly slow, for me. However, the multiple emails go back months.
