Unflipped and lifted, a Fred guide to upright riding on drop bars-the definitive guide to not bending over while seated.

Fortunately, no need to go to Fred school. An Android app will soon be appearing in the marketplace. We just need to reach out to all the Freds who don't know they are Freds.

I may have some Fred like qualities in me. Will I be banned if I do?

That Fred thing is interesting, me I have a mirror on my CF bike.... I am partialy deaf, have to rely on it, that makes me a Fred, even though many would benefit from a mirror, they would rather turn and weave all over to see whats behind, some moron almost scratched my Corvette, Morons, freds and Cyclists, a great mix! what are you?

There are a number of courses in this thread where I've earned a Ph.D.

Any one cover "The fine art of camuflaging your bike as a rat" yet? I have some fine riding bikes that look... sad. But no one ever steals them.
