I had a front tire blow out Friday. 2000 miles on the tire.

Ron is right. A blowout on the front will create a steering problem; just what you don't need, especially at high speed. If you're going to have a blowout...let it be the rear tire.

They are much easier to carry as spares. Some roll them up real tight.
