Can I keep riding on this?

I rotated this tire from the rear to the front. What do you think? Can I get more miles out of it on the front wheel?

I think it'll be good for another year (at least) on the front!

Normally you move the worn tire off the back and trash it, then move the less worn front tire to the rear, and put a new tire on the front. You want the better tire on the front.

I vote for tossing the tire and buying a new one.

I had a front tire blow out Friday. 2000 miles on the tire.
Sidewall separated from the wire bead.

Seriously... I'll be commuting at a touring pace, no hills; so no speedy descents. Its holding pressure.

Replace it. It will be much cheaper than anything that could happen when it gives way.

You never really know about tires.
That is why I carry a spare with me.

Are folding tires reliable? I mean are they meant for a temporary fix?

Ron is right. A blowout on the front will create a steering problem; just what you don't need, especially at high speed. If you're going to have a blowout...let it be the rear tire.

My advice is...replace it.

They are much easier to carry as spares. Some roll them up real tight.
Lighter weight.

I use the same tires. I buy them off eBay (Planet Cyclery store) a little cheaper - https://stores.ebay.com/Planet-Cycler..._sid=593657278
