After 5 miles of brutal MTB riding with my daughter, I had some Derby Pie for desert, pronounced Derbuy Pa by the locals. Yummy. Anyone who says otherwise is itching for a fight.

French Silk Pie is also served a lot locally, and it too is yumminecticular.
