I like the idea of making it an age ride, I will be 70 in April and I don't think I will be doing 70 miles in April here in Wisconsin.

Congrats and Happy belated birthday Jon c , great idea. I turn 56 in July so this sounds like a great way to celebrate life. This will be only my 2nd season riding but I shouldn't have any excuses finding some good weather around my birthday here in New England. Now I have a goal! My wife is younger and her birthday is in June so maybe we can do her birthday ride as training for mine
