It was actually the Temecula Loop in the Temecula/Fallbrook area. VERY nice riding. Almost no traffic, lots of shady oaks, and unfortunately for my fat and out of shape arse, lots of hills. lol

Bottom picture is lupine. We have an area called Crockett Hills with great mountain bike trails. First time up there they were so thick that some of the trails disappeared. Being the first to ride down left a trail like skiing on virgin snow.
