Just given up and bought a home monitor. They are not that expensive and I will be able to keep a check on BP as often as I like and although it may give me peace of mind to see it dropping daily- I will also be able to tell if it is white coat syndrome. So far the signs are that it is not.
Average of 3 today is 159/ 77 with a resting HR of 67.

110/70 but I was on BP meds for about 5 years. My BP went up to about 130/90 during a stressful part of my life, but losing a little weight and reducing the stress got me back to where I was before. The BP meds made me a slower and weaker rider as well.
