I never check/monitor, generally don't even remember what it was/is...I had to dig up the report from last year's physical to confirm those numbers.

Bikes: Dale MT2000. Bianchi FS920 Kona Explosif. Giant TCR C. Boreas Ignis. Pinarello Fp Uno.

Just given up and bought a home monitor. They are not that expensive and I will be able to keep a check on BP as often as I like and although it may give me peace of mind to see it dropping daily- I will also be able to tell if it is white coat syndrome. So far the signs are that it is not.

Average of 3 today is 159/ 77 with a resting HR of 67.

110/70 but I was on BP meds for about 5 years. My BP went up to about 130/90 during a stressful part of my life, but losing a little weight and reducing the stress got me back to where I was before. The BP meds made me a slower and weaker rider as well.

Mine has always been low. I go to the doctors every four years for a checkup and she takes it but I don't know the numbers.
