Convertible rain/wind jacket
Gave my Pearl Izumi convertible jacket to my son in Seattle, who has launched his cycling career with a 14mile RT commute each day. Figured for the summer, he needed it worse than I.
However, to replace it I constantly am seeing prices in the $90 range.
Any recommendations? Looking for a light, water resistant, commuter lime green, removable sleeve jacket. Bigger on visibility than fashion.

Did you like the PI? If so try to find another one. I think Carnari makes one also
