Super sales
Does anyone know if Bike shops still have those Super Sales that coincide with the end of the TDF ? I know years ago it used to be a great time to score some great deals.

From the little bit of research I've done, it seems a number of new bike models come out late August/ early September, so it follows that many stores are having clearance sales of last year's models about now--which happens to coincide with the TdF.

I received a good deal on my Giant Propel but if Team Belkin's Mollema podiums, who knows what Giant dealers might do.
