Forgotton by Strava

I recorded a 40-mile route on Saturday using my Strava app, and uploaded it to the Strava site. This morning I edited the name of the ride and synced this with Strava.

Now, the Strava site doesn't seem to know who I am. My login is failing and when I do the "forgotten password" thing it says that my email address isn't linked to any Strava athletes.

Has anyone else had any trouble logging into Strava today?

Every once in a great while their server gets funky. It's happened to me. I just upload the stuff the next day.

Hmmm... I seem to be able to upload and edit from the app just fine, I just can't get into the site from my computer.

Odd...

Perhaps you're being monitored by someone......

Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're NOT out to get you....

Strava customer service is really good. Drop them a note and you should hear back within a day, (probably requesting more info). I've dealt with them on several occasions, and have to say that if the customer service at all companies were as good, we'd all get bored out of our minds because none of us would ever have anything to complain about.

There are significant issues emerging with Strava. The Road forum linked to an extensive blog that shows it is removing third party app and there is other stuff happening.

Use this link the 41 then following the blog link:
