Heard back from my brother who lives right by the sea not far from Stapfam - he wasn't bothered, rode his bike into work as usual.

Boy, does that sound familiar. I did mine in 1994 and within the last year it has reared its ugly head. Fortunately it calms down when I'm on the bike.

I suppose I'll have to address it eventually, hope the epidural's and PT do the trick again. I have a friend who had to have surgery recently. Fortunately it was highly successful.

Judging from my late Dad's results, I'd save back surgery for a very last resort option.
